RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?
Reach out to us within 7 days of receiving the order. You can send us an email at email@example.com, with your order details and we will register a return pick up request for you. You need to pack the product back in its original packing (with tags) and seal it. Hand the packet over to our courier person, and as soon as we have it back in our warehouse, we will refund back the money into your card/bank account.
WHAT HAPPENS TO ORDERS WHERE PRODUCTS ARE RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION?
In that case, please write to at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of receiving the order. For our records it is necessary to share a picture of the defect and email it to us along with your order number. All you need to do is pack the product in its original packing (with tags) and seal it so we can arrange for a courier pick-up from you. Once the product reaches us, we’ll conduct a quality check and replace the product for you or refund the amount into your bank/card account.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DIFFERENT ITEM FROM THE ONE THAT I HAVE ORDERED?

You can only make your return within 7 days receiving it.
I HAVE REQUESTED A REPLACEMENT, WHEN WILL I GET IT?
Once we receive your returned product in our warehouse, we will dispatch the replacement product from our end and send an email notification to you.
